*RePlan has been my primary project since 2013. As part of a contract with the False Creek South Neighbourhood Association's planning committee, I continue to be the project lead on the communications and outreach strategy implementation, including community and online communications (www.falsecreeksouth.org) as a result of which more than 80% of all households in a neighbourhood of 3000 can be reached digitally today.
I originaly got involved with the projects when I independently conducted a comprehensive analysis of neighbourhood demographics as part of the Social Learning Studio at SCARP. I further worked with neighbourhood volunteers in the process and content development of a neighbourhood-wide household census, which included the coordination of several working committees.
Over the years I have managed the team-based organization, facilitation and documentation of numerous community engagement and outreach events with up to 150 participants and continue to be actively involved in research on alternative land governance arrangements (i.e. land trust model) to maintain housing affordability for existing not-for-profit, strata, rental and co-op tenures.
I currently manage the work of three active committees and several working groups.Other work tasks have included meeting documentation, workshop facilitation, database management and a lot of primary research.
